I'm not going to even try to hide the fact that this is a girl's top. But if we're being honest here, sometimes the girls stuff is cuter (and cheaper!!) than the women's. I love the detail of the lace on the sleeve because it's something that in all my time researching clothing and fashion I have never seen. I just wish they came in women's and girl's sizes. *cough Ehem, Gap! *cough

Another piece that I love is this vest, which I believe is still available at Marshall's. It will just depend in your store. It's reversible, so in my book that's like pockets on a dress, i.e. SOLD! So definitely check out the Marshall's or T.J.Maxx near you.

So the time of freedom has arrived! My finals were over last week, so I had a day off yesterday and I honestly didn't know what to do with myself. Now I can truly enjoy the holidays, and y'all will be very proud to know that all of the major gifts I needed to buy have been bought and are waiting to be wrapped! So i'm patting myself on the back since I am the typical procrastinator. But i'm cheering you if you still have your shopping to do, because like I said, this is the first year I am done before Christmas day! Woahhhh.... I did not mean to take a break from the blog this long. I know this is the same old excuse, but I literally had no time to grab pictures. During the daylight hours I was at work everyday. Anyway, sorry for the break but i'm back, and just in time for the new year! Gosh I can't believe 2015 is coming to an end. I'm actually in denial that tomorrow is the start of a new year. So many dreams and goals were made this year, so now it's time to do.

This post was supposed to go up Christmas day, but better late than never! I totally thought this cardigan makes you look like Mrs. Claus, hence why I styled it with black booties and a red lip.

Over Thanksgiving I picked up this beauty at one of my favorite boutiques, Altar'd State. I mean it just screams Christmas at you! It's such an elegant top with the lace and high neck. I knew it was coming home the moment I grabbed it, which just so happened to be the last one and in my size #meanttobe

I would've paired them with these because I like the skinny look more than the bootcut, but it was so cold outside that I did not want to change haha.

Speaking of Christmas.... it's the week of Christmas! This year has been a weird year for me as well as almost everyone I have talked to, it just hasn't felt like Christmas. Anyone else feeling that feel?

Only 15 more days until Christmas! I find myself always getting the shopping done for all the girls and then i'm left with 2 days and no clue of what to get for the guys. Gift Guide: Your Beauty Guru

Shopping for the beauty guru in your life has gotten ten times easier this year! One of my favorite things when it comes to beauty gifts are the sets. It's more affordable for you, and it's allowing the receiver to get a whole box of the best sellers! 

The other things I have listed are stocking stuffers. Beauty products are so easy to squeeze in stocking. My favorite is this sleeping mask! I recently tried them and i'm pretty much addicted now. The bonus: they are only $4!!

The last thing I wanted to share with you is the GLAMbox. They are amazing for storing makeup and even jewelry! All I have to say is whoever you are giving a GLAMbox to is quite the lucky gal, and i'm jealous haha!
