Well hello! Today I want to introduce something that you will see more of on Little Southern Trend Finder. That is beauty. Over the past year I have gotten really into makeup, skincare, etc. so I want to share a little of what I have learned and what I personally do/use. I haven't got a huge makeup collection right now, but I am trying to branch out the more I get comfortable. Here are the products I have been using on a daily basis for a few months now:
Maybelline Baby Skin Instant Pore Eraser Primer- I don't use this all over my face just mostly in the T-zone, but this makes my foundation go on so smoothly. I really like it!
L'Oreal Anti-Redness Correcting Primer- I use this on any acne spot or redness that I have.
NYX Hi Definition Concealer- I love this stuff. It gets the job done, and the price is also on point.
MAC Matchmaker Foundation- This foundation has amazing coverage. It isn't the best foundation for dry skin, which is why I searching for a new foundation. I have dry but oily skin, so if y'all have any suggestions please let me know!
Cover Girl Loose Powder- I use this everyday all over my face after I have done all the steps above.
Maybelline Dream Wonder Powder- I use this in the summer or when I going to be out of the house all day. I find that it controls the amount of oil on my face a little more.
Ulta Brand Eyeshadow, color: Bone- Under my brow, and on the lid
Cover Girl Eyeshadow palette- I use the color on the far right on the crease
Clinique Eyeshadow pallete- I use the brown more in the outer crease of my eye, then blend it inward
Palladio Liquid Eyeliner- I use this on my top lid, sometimes a cat eye sometimes just a line, depends on the day
Forever 21 Eyeliner- I use this on my bottom water line
Calvin Klein Mascara- This might be my favorite mascara ever. I use this just on my top lashes, I don't use any mascara for my bottom lashes.
Elf Bronzer and Blush Duo- This is perfect if you are experimenting with contouring and you don't want to splurge on bronzer
Clinique Blush in "Pink Posy"- This blush is the perfect shade for me because I can make it light and subtle and I can make it deep and dark. It's great year round.
EOS Lip Balm- Can't go without moisturized lips!
Make Up For Ever Lipstick in "N9"- This color is great for fall. It's one of those your color lips but darker shades, so in a sense it's a dark dark nude.
Maybelline Lipstick in "720 Pearly Pink"- This is my all time favorite lipstick. Unfortunately I can't find it anywhere anymore, nor can I find a similar color. I'm still keeping my eyes out though.
My favorite brushes are from Elf because they are inexpensive and soft at the same time.
If you have any beauty products or tips that you swear by let me know; I love hearing from y'all!
Thanks for reading!!
