Fall is definitely here in New England and my exact reaction can be seen in the picture above. It's absolutely freezing against South Carolina's fall, but I still love it! It means I get to wear those chunky sweaters and scarves a little sooner than I thought. 

My family and I went into Boston for a day over the weekend just to explore the city a little more. I am hands down a city girl; I cannot tell you how much I love the city. It's like when you just found the most perfect dress and then you find out it's on super sale for $20 against $200. Although, I will say my heart still has a special place for the country as well. Over all though it was a laid back day. I got to try a cupcake place I have been dying to go to, walked through the public garden (absolutely stunning!), found the center of all things shopping, my dad was able to mark off honking to his heart's desire in Boston, and finding the cutest neighborhood and pizza.
