One of the things I really want to stock up on this year is summer dresses. I headed to Boston a few weeks ago and stopped at the Nordstrom Rack. My eye is really catching the color white lately, which is how I found this dress in a sea of different dresses. As you can tell, it went home with me that day and I was way to excited. 

It's July 17th, y'all! Which means the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale is open to the public!! If you don't know what the hype about this sale is, it's because Nordstrom takes the hottest trends and brands for this coming fall and putting them on major sale! Never have I seen a store that puts things on sale before instead of after the season, and it's the best thing ever. You can see my top picks from the #NSale here! This Rebecca Minkoff crossbody is my favorite because you can use it with so much and in many different ways, such as a clutch. Truth be told though, the strap broke so I was kinda forced to use it as a clutch, but hey it works y'all! Oh and when one is surrounded by flowers it's only logical to pick one and put it in your hair, right?

This is currently my favorite shirt ever. First, it's the world map; I am obsessed with anything that has the world map on it. Seriously just ask my friends and family and they will tell you #wanderlust. Second, you are wearing pajamas. Third, this pajama top can be dressed up in every way possible. 

 There was a shoe cleaning chair for show out front of this barber's shop, so my photographer told me to hop in it for a few pictures. A few shots later the barber came out and told us to come inside for a few pictures. A little confused, we both hopped in and our mouths dropped. There were red booths and stools to sit on, but all around on the walls were sketches of famous paintings, of things such as the red sox #duh, and pictures of the oldest customer. It's things like this y'all. It's things like this that make life exciting and adventure more enthralling and enchanting 

Between finishing my high school career and working on my blog I have been inside more than I like. But it was like all of a sudden I figured out it was July and that 3 feet of snow would be back on the ground sooner than I could recite my abc's. Good grief it scared the living day out of me. I mean gosh darn it, I only have about a month left of summer air. So, I decided to get out, and it was the best decision I have ever made. I may even go to the beach later this week since there is a "heat wave" going on.

Early access for one of the biggest retail sales of the year is here! Actually it's been going on for 2 days, so if you have a Nordys debit/credit card get on this sale. I've listed some of my favorite things from the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale, and oh boy like always it's an amazing sale. Like seriously, you could probably buy your entire fall wardrobe just from this sale. I'm probably going to head to a Nordstrom on Monday to check out what they have in the stores too. I would get there sooner but i've learned you don't go on or off Cape on the weekends (darn you tourist traffic!!).

One of my goals for this blog is to show you how to style items over and over again. Because let's be real here, ain't nobody got time or money to wear a brand new item every single day. Therefore, I am wearing this skirt for I think the third time on LSTF. A few years ago my dad told me a standard I needed to own skirts. I had to get rid of all my skirts and start all over again. This was one of the first new skirts I bought, and I never thought I would get so much wear out of this georgia peach. 

In other words, I'm sure you all know about the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale!! You can shop it right now if you are a Nordstrom debit/credit card holder. But the rest of us are going to have to wait until July 16th. I will be back with a round up of my favorite things from the sale later.

Currently Craving

Alright, so let me get to explaining. Last week I had one of my darlings from SC come and visit me, so there's that. During that week my mom's camera completely broke, aka no more outfit pictures. But today I met with one of my sweetest friends who saved this blog by being my photographer! Therefore, the blog is back up. Hallelujah, praise the Lord!!

Surprisingly I haven't actually been shopping as of late, which is a good thing because all of my money has been going towards traveling. But I wanted to round up just a few goodies that I have an eye on.

Hi LSTF readers! My name is Ariana & I am the girl behind Southern Stylenomics. I am here today to bring some last minute inspiration to your 4th outfit!July 4th is one of my favorite holidays to plan an outfit for because I love the red, white, and blue color scheme. It's so classic to me! 

Can we take a minute to discuss these tassel shorts!? If there's anything you should know about me, it's that Ariana is my name, and tassels are my game. I seriously love tassels on just about anything, so when I saw these shorts for less than $13, I knew they had to be mine. (I am highly considering ordering them in black, too). 

Also--I am on vacation in Hilton Head Island with my family at the moment, and I got a little too much sun, so my skin isn't normally this red...
