The Styles I Go Back To

Friday, March 11, 2016

Today I wanted to talk about the styles I always reach for and can count on.

The first being shirt dresses. I think they are one of the easiest and most versatile dresses out there. I feel so put together in them, and all that's left to do is style the accessories. They're also fun because you can easily make them into a top by tucking them in a pair of pants or a skirt.

Secondly comes simple loose blouses. If there is anything that you need in your closet it would be the perfect plain blouse. I remember back in my freshman year of high school when that's all I would buy other than work out clothes. I had my comfy clothes and then I had all these tops, so I was set on an outfit for school and an outfit for dinner with family or friends.

Next shall be the basic little skirt. I'm saying little instead of mini because for myself personally I don't like to go too short. While I love patterned skirts they are not something I get the most wear out of. I love how hassle free they are; I don't have to stand there and figure out an outfit around the skirt. All I have to do is throw it on with a tee and vest and i'm ready to take on the day.

Last but definitely not least would be outerwear. Anything from a vest to a trench coat to a fur coat. I'll take an extra boost of chic that's for sure haha! Outerwear is the number one thing I have shopped for the past six months or so. When I pair a dress with a trench it makes me feel like one of those popular Pinterest posts, and when you feel like you've concurred something from Pinterest you can live happily ever after.

Also, I really quickly just wanted to mention Social Print Studio. We are coming upon the season of weddings, tons of birthdays, mother's/father's day, Easter and so forth. Which means gift giving. Social Print Studio is really neat because you can create anything from photo books to stickers of pictures from your Instagram or the pictures of your choosing. They are affordable and add the perfect touch of personal to your gift. I personally love the photostrips; I think they are a great gift to give my friends who are staying in dorm rooms; because they are a lot easier and fun to decorate with than a picture frame.

Thanks for reading! xo
