Happy Thanksgiving!! Goodness, I can't believe it's already here. It may just be me but I feel like this year has gone by so so fast, like it feels like only four months have gone by. I'm going to get cheesy, but I am so so thankful for each and every one of you, you have no idea how special y'all are! Anyway, I hope you all have a safe and wonderful Thanksgiving with your loved ones!

Well this week was an unplanned break from blogging. I totally did not mean for it to happen, but I sorta have an excuse. It was rainy the beginning of the week so no pictures, we were busy all day Wednesday getting ready for our trip back to South Carolina, then two days on the road. I was lucky enough to grab these last minute pictures. In other words i'm really sorry and I should be back to "normal" soon!

Before I take long trips (aka a 16 hour drive) it's really nice to get outside and do some form of exercise. It's refreshing, gets you away from the stress, and gets you moving before you are stuck sitting for hours. The day I took these pictures it was freezing. Like I had to layer 2 fleece jackets over my regular clothes and I was still an icicle. 

My week is jam packed with fun and the Carolina Gamecocks just won, so it's been a pretty good day. Thanks for reading!!

The last two pictures are complete bloopers. Most of the pictures came out looking awkward due to not coming up with poses or my little siblings running circles around me (example A above), so that is why there aren't many. 

I was excited about doing this #pinterestremix because it's really warm and fashionable, which is exactly what I need/looking for this winter. Cause y'all, we are supposedly going to get some flurries today... again... that's the second time and it isn't even Thanksgiving. You can tell how well I am going to do this winter up north!

I did not realize how easy, comfortable, and chic this look is until I tried it on. Not to mention it's perfect for cold weather because of all the layers. It's pretty much the package deal. Yes, I don't own a pair of black booties (insert 'covering eyes' emoji)... But they are on my Christmas list so we will see, hehe. 

It seems like anyone I talk to feels like the weeks are going by very slowing but for me I feel like it's Monday and then Friday the next day. I mean Thanksgiving is in two weeks y'all. Um, did January through October really happen?!

I am so excited for the month of November for this lil' blog because I have finally come up with a schedule, and because it's the birthday month!!! I seriously cannot believe it has almost been a year since I have started this blog. Mind = Blown. Anyway, I plan on posting Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. However, things may change due to weather (like this weekend has been none stop terrible weather) or loss of time for pictures, but I am going to try my hardest to stick to those three days. 

This month I am going to switch things up a bit. I am going to recreate some popular or some of my favorite outfit pins on Pinterest with all of the pieces I already have in my closet. That's right, no purchasing new items. I've thought about doing something like this before, but then I read this post and knew it was going to happen in November. With the holidays coming up I want to spend money on not myself but my family and friends. But the main reason is because of some big news!! I am so blessed to have the opportunity to go to South Africa on a missions trip in March 2015!!! I am absolutely ecstatic but that also requires quite a lot of money, so that's another reason why I am not going to be spending any money on fashion. I'm excited to see what I can do with this challenge and I hope you are excited to follow along. Will I succeed or will I fail?!
